Praps like me your experience of real estate agents is that they are either pushy and impatient, or they are uninterested and seem lazy.
Ms Ting fits into neither such group. She came across as on the ball, on top of her game, she left me time to make my decisions without intruding or demanding, but also was eager to facilitate negotiations once I was ready, and helped me achieve my end of the bargain quickly and satisfactually …like 100% satisfactorily.
